If the FSBC fitting chart does not print out to the right scale, it is possible to adjust the scale until it matches. Go to File and then select Print. When the Print window appears choose the Advanced tab at the bottom (in red below)

In the Advanced window adjust the scale (in red below) to make the print out larger or smaller (i.e. 105% makes it 5% larger while 95% makes it 5% smaller).

It is possible to experiment with these settings until the FSBC fitting chart prints out a 1:1 scale.
